Our partly handcrafted mandala stamps are available in four sizes. They are compatible with standard tile cutters from ceramic supply stores and can be perfectly combined with each other. The beautiful designs are very intricate to create and therefore somewhat more expensive than our other stamps. The stamps also need to be a minimum size to fully showcase the fine details. The larger the stamp, the more detailed the impression. Unlike the many 3D-printed plastic stamps on the market, our mandala stamps are deeply milled and have beveled edges. This allows them to be easily removed from clay, and the impressions look incredibly three-dimensional. The clay stamps are made of solid hardwood: cherry, beech, oak, etc., sourced from sustainable European forestry and manufactured in Germany. We ship plastic-free, and all packaging is compostable. If necessary, clean with warm water and allow to dry slowly. They can then be treated with linseed oil. This way, they will last for generations. Very clear results on clay are achieved when the clay is somewhat dry and no longer smears. Then, gently and evenly tap the stamp into the clay with a rubber mallet. With a little practice, you can achieve perfect impressions on slabs this way. Of course, many other methods also work, such as filling a light sock (or similar) with cornstarch and lightly dusting the surfaces to be embossed. This makes it easy to use the stamp even on very fresh clay. It also works on polymer clay for jewelry making. CUSTOM ORDERS!
